Beef Steak

Ingredients
- For Steak
- Beef Fillet 1
- Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
- Crushed Black Pepper 1-1/2 tbsp
- Vinegar 6 tbsp
- Soya Sauce 6 tbsp
- Oil 2 tbsp
- RS Butter as required
- Salt as required
- Steam Vegetables
- Mix Vegetables 200 grams
- Crushed Black Pepper 1/3 tsp
- RS Butter 2 tbsp
- Oil 1 tbsp
- Salt as required
- Mashed Potatoes
- Ingredients
- Boiled Potatoes 2
- Cream ½ cup
- Crushed Black Pepper 1/3 tsp
- Salt to taste
- For Sauce
- Chopped Garlic 1 tbsp
- Brown Sugar 1 tbsp
- Chicken Stock 1 cup
- Corn Flour 1 tbsp
- Crushed Black Pepper 1/2 tsp
- Red Chili Powder or Paprika
- Powder 1/3 tsp
- Chili Garlic Sauce 2 tbsp
- Soya Sauce 2 tbsp
- RS Butter ½ cup
- Salt as required
Methods
- Take a cooking pan add 2 tbsp of oil add as required butter mix it well, take a mixing bowl add 1 tbsp of garlic paste, 1-1/2 tbsp of crushed black pepper
- Add 6 tbsp of vinegar, 6 tbsp of soya sauce and as required salt mix it well add 1 beef marinate it for ½ to 1 hour.
- Now take a fry pan and fry on the both of the sides when the steak is fry now heat the grill pan and grilled the steak till the grill marks appear on it.
- For mashed potatoes: take a mixing bowl add 2 potatoes add ½ cup of cream 1 pich of salt, 1 /3 tsp of crushed black pepper, mix it well.
- Now mashed potatoes is ready.
- For steam vegetables:Take 200 grams of mix vegetables cut into jullians.
Now take a cooking pan add 2 tbsp of butter heat the butter add vegetables add to taste salt , ½ tsp of crushed black pepper mix it well and stir fry the vegetables. - Now mix vegetables is ready.
- For sauce take a cooking pan add ½ cup of butter add 1 tbsp of chopped garlic cloves and fry
- Now add 1 cup of chicken stock
- Add 2 tbsp of soya sauce, 1 tbsp of brown sugar , 1/2 tsp of crushed black pepper add to taste salt.
- Add 2 tbsp of chili garlic sauce or paprika , 1/3 tsp red chili powder mix it well.
- At last add 1 tbsp of corn flour dissolved into some water mix it well
- When the sauce is thicken and ready take it out in a serving platter garnish with beef steak and steamed vegetables and mashed potatoes and serve it.
